John David Mullins, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Mullins is the Medical Director at Palma Aesthetics and also practices at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital and the Shepherd Center. With over 40 years of experience, he brings expert surgical care and a patient-centered approach to all his roles.
A graduate of Emory University School of Medicine, Dr. Mullins completed five years of general surgery training followed by a two-year plastic surgery fellowship. He served four years of active duty in the U.S. Air Force and 37 years with the Air National Guard, retiring as Chief Medical Officer of the Georgia National Guard.
Specializing in blepharoplasty, body contouring, and mommy makeovers, Dr. Mullins is dedicated to delivering natural, confidence-boosting results and compassionate care both locally and through humanitarian work.
Leonarda “Leo”, Sales, LE, CLT, ITEC
Licensed Medical Aesthetician & Certified Laser Specialist
With over 15 years of experience in medical aesthetics and laser technology, Leonarda is passionate about helping people look and feel their absolute best. As a Licensed Esthetician (LE), Certified Laser Technician (CLT), and ITEC-certified professional, she offers advanced expertise and a globally recognized standard of care in every treatment.
A graduate of the prestigious Elaine Sterling Institute, Leonarda received in-depth training in both aesthetics and laser therapies, forming the foundation of her results-driven, client-centered approach. Her ITEC certification (International Therapy Examination Council) qualifies her to practice in over 40 countries, underscoring the depth and versatility of her education.
For more than a decade, Leonarda has worked alongside board-certified plastic surgeons, refining her skills in advanced skin rejuvenation and developed signature techniques in CO₂ laser for skin resurfacing, acne scars, deep lines , fine lines, crepey skin ,RF microneedling and created a specialized stretch marks protocol customized for all skin types.
Leonarda’s mission is simple: to design personalized, effective treatment plans that help clients achieve their individual goals—whether that’s skin rejuvenation, laser therapy, or long-term skin health. Originally from Brazil, she has proudly called Atlanta home for over 22 years. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, she connects deeply with the diverse community she serves.

Erica Rodriguez, LE
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Erica is a passionate and dedicated esthetician with a lifelong love for helping others look and feel their best. Her journey into the world of skincare is a story of growth, heart, and following a true calling.
Originally from the vibrant city of Chicago, Erica spent several years building a successful career as a court reporter, where she honed her skills in attention to detail, professionalism, and client service. While she loved the structure and challenge of that work, her heart was drawn toward a more personal, hands-on way of helping people, which led her to pursue her certification in esthetics.
Today, Erica specializes in customized skincare treatments designed to restore confidence, enhance natural beauty, and promote overall wellness and rejuvenation. She is committed to staying current with the latest techniques and trends to ensure her clients receive the best care possible.
Outside of the treatment room, Erica is a proud mom to a 17-year-old son who is getting ready to embark on his college journey — a milestone that fills her with pride and excitement. Family is everything to her, and when she is not helping clients glow, she can be found spending quality time with loved ones, sharing laughs, and making memories.
Whether clients are visiting for their first facial or looking to revamp their skincare routine, Erica’s goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive space where they can relax, recharge, and leave feeling radiant inside and out.

Tomomi "Tomo" Thompson, LE, CLT
Licensed Medical aesthetician & Certified Laser Specialist
Tomo is a skilled and experienced medical aesthetician and laser technician with a deep passion for skincare, wellness, and helping clients feel confident in their own skin. With over 15 years of experience in the aesthetics field, Tomo brings advanced knowledge, precision, and care to every treatment she performs.
Throughout her career, Tomo has developed expertise in a wide range of advanced skin and laser treatments, including laser hair removal, skin tightening, fractional laser skin resurfacing, IPL, laser vein removal, tattoo removal, RF microneedling, Ultherapy, body sculpting, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and customized facials. Her broad skill set allows her to create personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals, skin concerns, and comfort level of each client.
Tomo is also known for her warm, friendly, and kind approach. Her passion for her work and genuine care for her clients have helped her build a large and loyal following over the years.
Cindy Oden, NP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Cindy is a highly educated nurse practitioner and aesthetic injector with a strong clinical foundation in nursing and patient care. She earned her undergraduate degree from Georgia State University’s Nursing Program and went on to complete her graduate degree at Chamberlain College of Nursing, further strengthening her advanced medical knowledge and commitment to safe, thoughtful care.
With a background that includes aesthetic injectables and wellness-based treatments, She brings a well-rounded understanding of both beauty and overall patient wellness.
Cindy’s approach is rooted in professionalism, education, and attention to detail. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident and cared for while ensuring each treatment is performed with safety, precision, and individualized care in mind.
